The President of the Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria (FTAN), Mr. Nkereuwem Onung has extended his condolence to His Excellency, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, on the passing of his wife, Mrs Patience Umo Eno, which took place on Thursday.
In a statement released to the press, Nkereuwem Onung eulogised the former First Lady, Mrs. Patience Eno in glowing words, recalling instances and moments shared with her in the cause of his duty and relation.
According to the statement, “the death of the First Lady of Akwa Ibom State will definitely create a void in the heart of those who knew her personally and in the hearts of most Akwa Ibomites and others beyond Akwa Ibom State, who have all benefited from her goodwill.
The FTAN President prayed that God in His infinite mercy, grant Governor Umo Eno, the family and the entire people of Akwa Ibom State, the fortitude to bear this huge loss.
