Come next Saturday 27th of April, all roads will lead to Adeyemi College Stadium in Ondo, the Ondo state capital, as Motherland Beckons and Destination Ondo, presents, the now popular Asun Carnival.
Well packaged to provide a pleasant day for family outing, lovers fun-day and a fun-filled day for socialising, this year’s Asun Carnival is definitely set to live up to its regular biling.
According to the organisers:
“It is time to come and celebrate the indigenous Ondo goat meat delicacy!
“We have taken much care in the planning of this year’s Asun Carnival. We are building on records of previous year’s to ensure that everyone that will be at the event on Saturday April 27th will have maximum fun. It is an all day event, which will start at 10am. There will be the usual colourfully Carnival processions, courtesy of Destination Ondo, maximum security by Corporate Guards Limited, abundant spices and varieties of asun, in different variations, plenty to eat, plenty to drink, dance and great fun.
“There will also be an After Party! The Pool side party, will take place at the luxury La Campagne Tropicana Forest, Hills And Cave Resort at Ita Nla, Ondo Town, at 6pm.
