Nigerian Army says it has stepped into the matter of suicide of one of its soldiers in Alamala Camp, in Abeokuta area of Ogun state, Nigeria.
The investigation, it says, is in progress.
Nigerian soldier, Boyi Thankgod, is reportedly said to have taken his own life, via shooting himself in the head, at the Alamala Barracks of the Army on Monday.
The incident coincided with the Armed Forces Remembrance Day.
