Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe Holds Thanksgiving In Honor Of Late Mother-in-law

It was really a special time in God’s presence as famous cleric, Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe led his family in a spectacular thanksgiving session in honour of his late mother-in-law, Mrs Margaret Otaoghene Igugu.

During the main service, Bishop Chris charged the large congregation to continue to be selfless, humble and committed to the things of God.

In his own words, “Sometimes to be very nice is not nice. To help others, help yourself first. Prosperity is not just about acquiring wealth but enjoying the blessings of God. God’s blessings can come in different forms like good health, good neighbors, protection”, remarked Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe.

There was a child dedication by the family of Mr & Mrs Madu for their son Jeptha for the blessings of God in their family.

Thereafter, Bishop Dr. Chris, his wife Rev (Mrs) Ejiro Flora Kwakpovwe led their family, friends and well wishers in an ecstatic moment of thanksgiving in appreciation to God for the life of the late Mrs. Margaret Otaoghene Igugu.

Late Mrs. Margaret Otaoghene Igugu was the mother of Rev. Mrs. Ejiro Flora Kwakpovwe. She was buried also over the weekend in Ughelli in Delta State in an elaborate ceremony that was witnessed by dignitaries and people from all works of life.

The thanksgiving yesterday Sunday, was anchored by Evangelist Solomon & Crew all the way from Warri who held the congregation spell bound with ecstatic praises and energetic dance.

Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe advised the large congregation to live life purposefully and in readiness for the rapture. Furthermore he announced to all Our Daily Manna ODM readers that the long awaited anointing services would soon commence. He also advised the Government and those in positions of authority to be people-service oriented, putting the welfare of the citizens before their personal interests. He praised the efforts of his Governor, the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori for his exemplary leadership in delivering good governance to the people of Delta state. He appreciated a great woman, Dr. Stella Chinyelu Okoli OON, who Founded Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited and serves as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, who attended the burial Thanksgiving of his mother-in-law, Margaret Otaoghene Igugu.

In addition, Bishop Chris advised Chairmen of Local Government Areas who will start receiving money directly from the Federal Government to use the money judiciously to better the lives of their people and communities.

Finally, Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to return the fuel subsidy, then later on, remove it gradually so that the current hardship resulting from the removal of Subsidy can be curbed.

Speaking later to journalists who attended the thanksgiving event, Rev. (Mrs) Ejiro Flora Kwakpovwe, praised her late mother for the legacy she has left behind, which she and others, are presently enjoying.
