Ex- Liberian VP Set To Deliver Keynote Address At 13th PAN AFRICAN LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM & HONORS (Rwanda)

His Excellency Chief (Dr) Jewel Howard Taylor, the immediate Past Vice President of Liberia, will be the keynote speaker at the 13th Edition Of the PAN AFRICAN LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM & HONORS (PALESH KIGALI2024) on Friday March 9th, 2024, in Kigali, Rwanda.

The theme for the event is: Peace Leadership & The Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms for Emerging Conflicts In Africa.
The date is 6th – 9th March, 2024.

The panel of discussants at the event will include: H. E Amb. Dr. Morie K. Manyeh, the Sierra Leone High Commissioner to UK and Northern Ireland, handling the topic: The Future of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Africa; A Panacea for Sustainable Peacebuilding.

Hon Dr. Pratt Memunatu the Sierra Leone Ex Minister of Culture & Tourism
will discuss: Cultural Diplomacy; A Conceptual Approach Towards Sustainable Peace Through Tourism, while;

Maj. Gen. Dayo Olukoju (rtd) will discuss: The Dilemma Of Armed Forces in Peace Support Operations and its impact on Sustainable Peacebuilding in Africa.

The moderator would be Prof. Oniye Abdulrazaq a Senior Lecturer, University Of Rwanda and H. E Amb. (Dr) Jonathan Ojadah, the Global President & Chairman, Supreme Council, UNIPGC USA, remains the host.
