Finally Protesters Hit Ojuelegba In Lagos

Scores of Lagosians hit the streets this morning, protesting hardship in the land, due to fast spiralling inflation, high cost of food stuff and high cost of living.

Propelled by “Take It Back Movement” a civil rights group, the protesters ignored the earlier warning by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade, on Sunday.

The Protesters had taken over popular lagos spot known as Ojuelegba, where they shared their grievances through placards, songs and complaints to whoever cared to listen.

On-going protests has over the last few days been gathering momentum across the country, over the general hardship in the land.
