PANACHE GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT ORG SEEKS PARTNERSHIP WITH MCT

Panache Global Entertainment and Empowerment Organisation has solicited partnership with Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the supervising Ministry of entertainment outfits in the State.

This was made known in Uyo, during a courtesy call on the Permanent Secretary for Culture and Tourism, Mrs. Grace Akpan by the organisation recently in her office.

Speaking during the event, Uyo Coordinator of Panache Global, Enoidemsel Ekoriko said, the purpose of the visit was to congratulate the Permanent Secretary on her appointment and the subsequent posting to the Ministry which supervises activities of entertainment organisations such as theirs.

She stated that, the progenitor of the NGO, Princess Peace Priscilla Essien Igodifo, an illustrious daughter of Akwa Ibom State, who is currently a Cllr in Rushmoor Borough council United kingdom, who has impacted greatly on lives across the State, especially in Anyam Nsit, her community of origin, had asked them to undertake the visit on her behalf.

Enoidemsel Ekoriko therefore extended the goodwill and felicitation of Princess Emem Essien Igodifo and that of the entire members of Panache to the Permanent Secretary who she said had been a true friend of Panache based on antecedent and solicited for continued partnership even at a larger now.

“We acknowledge that  you have been a true friend of our Proprietor, Princess Councillor Emem Essien Igodifo but we want to extend the partnership from you at the personal level to your establishment, Ministry of Culture and Tourism”, she said.

In her response, the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Grace Akpan, expressed deep appreciation for the honour done her, by Panache and pledged the Ministry’s partnership with the organisation on areas that will be beneficial to both the Ministry and indeed the entire people of the State.

The visit witnessed the presentation of a gift bag of different contents to the Permanent Secretary by the representatives of Panache Global Entertainment organisation.

On the team of Panache included: Sarah Bassey (Welfare Leader) and Queen Mabel Otente, Face of Panache, Uyo Chapter.
