The Mental Health Conference Explores “Who Are You, Really?” in Second Edition Focus on Identity

In today’s world, where societal pressures and external validation dominate, many are left grappling with a fundamental question: “Who are you, really?” This powerful inquiry shapes the theme of this year’s The Mental Health Conference is ‘Identity’. The event which is now in its second edition will hold on 13th October at the Oriental Hotel Ballroom, Victoria Island by 2pm. It focuses on identity provides a safe space for individuals and professionals to explore the complexities of self-perception and how it influences mental well-being.

Identity is more than a label or a set of traits; it’s a fluid, evolving sense of self.
