The Managing Director, Kromax Integrated Limited, Kunle Faseyi has said that the company priotises the delivery of quality services to its customers rather than monetary gain.
Kromax is a paint manufacturing company with head office in Lagos and branches in other states across the country.
According to Kunle, the company has, over the years, produced and delivered high-quality paints and screeding substances to its customers which has distinguished it from its competitors.
He expressed displeasure at increase in substandard paints in the market, and urged the government to ensure clampdown of substandard products and manufacturers.
He noted that some of the services the company offers include project assessment and quotes with free expert advice, selection of suitable paint textures and colors, negotiation of client agreements, including payment plans, duration, and durability guarantees, flexibility for clients to make changes during the project, and timely delivery, with only client requests or unforeseen weather conditions potentially causing delays
He promised the company’s continued commitment to providing quality service to its clients
“At Kromax, we prioritize our clients’ needs and strive for excellence. We assure a certain number of years for exterior paint durability and take pride in our referrals,” he said.
