Dr. Alistair Soyode, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BEN Television London, was among notable Nigerians who are recipients of the Diamond Awards of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) held at the Congress Hall of the Transcorp Hilton Abuja.

Alistair Soyode who is the founder of the first Black Ethnic Television Station in The United Kingdom was honoured with the “Diamond Ambassador of Brand Nigeria Awards” for his meaningful and giant contributions towards promoting the Nigeria Brand in Diaspora especially in the United Kingdom where BEN Television had held sway for years, promoting Africa and Africans especially for the past two decades.

With the passion to tell Africa stories by an African from the African perspective, made BEN Television stand out from others in the Diaspora.

Dr. Soyode who is a Former Presidential Candidate of the YES Party in the 2019 general elections in Nigeria has been in the forefront of promoting Africa all over the globe.
