Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, today, announced some standing committees, and those to lead them. These he said are, Appropriations, Public Accounts, Ethics, and Public Petitions and Establishment.
Akpabio, revealed Senator Solomon Adeola to chair the Appropriations Committee, while Senator Ahmed Wadada is to chair the Public Accounts Committee.
Akpabio also acknowledged President Bola Tinubu’s letter on confirmation of recently appointed service chiefs, noting that the assignment will be attended to by the senate on a near future date.
