In line with global best practices in the tourism industry, foremost Beach Resort in Africa, La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, hosted staff to a Capacity Building Workshop last Thursday at its Corporate Headquarters at Lekki phase one, Lagos, popularly known as CBI, which stands for Continent Building Initiatives.
A workshop and grooming opportunity, the participants were tutored in various arms of the organisation, which anchors on three (3) legs, known as SET, Security, Entertainment and Tourism.
The One-Day Capacity Building Workshop, is a regular feature of La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort staff training and development scheme, aimed at keeping its staff abreast of global standards expected of them in the tourism industry.
