Femi Oyetola, Ex-Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s Son Debunks Extortion Allegation

Former Osun State governor and Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Gboyega Oyetola’s son, Femi Oyetola has refutted the report, accusing him of extorting workers at the Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy.

Femi squealed to us that the allegations is nothing but the hand work of enemies of the Oyetolas who are bent on tarnishing his reputation.

He said; “The accusations are from enemies of progess who are bent on bringing my father’s name to ridicule using me as a tool to achieve their devilish act.

Reacting on the wicked allegation that Femi imposes himself on officials of the ministry and extort money from them, President Bola Tinubu’s daughter and the Iyaloja of Nigeria, Chief Folashade Tinubu-Ojo said;

“I am not aware of anyone reporting Femi for extortion”.

One of Femi’s associates who is also close to the presidency said: “Femi is a responsible hardworking young man who even gives people money from the little he has that’s why he has lots of followers in his entourage”

Some sources who spoke to us on anonymity, said the allegation against the minister’s son is evil, wicked and targeted on the father who is well loved by many.

Sources said such allegations should not be given any attention, alluding that the report may have been sponsored by the enemies of the Minister.

Our sources in Osun State also rubbished the claim that Femi equally make demands from his father’s former Commissioner, Bola Oyebanji who now heads the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA).

Sources said those spreading the allegation that Oyebamiji instructed his officials to attend to any request from Femi must be out of their senses as nothing like that ever existed.

Besides, Seyi Tinubu had also debunked the claim that Femi‘s extortion scheme has reached the attention of the Presidency. He stated that he is not aware of anyone reporting Femi to him or his dad,the President.
